The first time I read this, I thought, "Who cares?" But the problem solver in me would not accept that. So, here goes:
Of course not. Adam had no mother, spent no time in a womb, had no need of life support from another being. Adam was formed an adult male, in the image of God. God, likewise, has no need of a belly button. God is self existant. He is the creator, and there is no "before Him." He has always been.
Of course, there is aleays the possibility that God gave Adam a belly button just to be consistant...
